-We will be happy to accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receiving your item(s) for IN-STORE credit. ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. If an item is sent back after 10 days of delivery to the customer, it will not be accepted.
-All original tags must be attached. Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost without notice.
-Customers can exchange for a different size or color of the original item (if available), or be issued store credit towards a new item. We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds.
-Once returned item(s) is/are received, your exchange will be processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns and exchanges must be sent through our returns portal at the link below.
-MOB Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
-We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
-Any packages sent without proper postage will not be accepted.
ALL sale/flash sale items, doorbusters, socks, jewelry, and hats are final sale.
-If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 48 hours. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 48 hours, MOB Fashion can no longer be held responsible. MOB Fashion will cover the cost of USPS First Class return shipping in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
-If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. If we are unable to make contact with you, we will assess a 20% restocking fee.
